- ApnaGharApniZameen.com offers one FREE listing to owners for posting a property.
- The Free listing will be visible on the site for 7 days.
- Being a FREE Listing, limited responses for the property will be visible in your account.
- Only 1 free listing can be posted from your active account.
Is there any limit on the responses on a free listing?
In case a free listing is posted in any of the Top 5 cities (Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta) from your active account, you can view details of upto 5 responses.
You will be able to see details of up to 10 responses if you post a free listing in any other cities apart from the Top 8 cities.
If you have a paid package, you can view details of unlimited responses on your property
How to convert a free listing to paid listing?
You can easily convert a free listing to paid listing once you buy paid packages.
Upon activation of a paid package, follow the below steps to refresh your property:
1. Login to your account and under ‘My Dashboard’ go to ‘Manage Properties
2. Select the property you wish to refresh
3. Click on ‘Refresh’ button
4. Select the package against which you would like to refresh your property and Click on ‘Continue to Refresh’
5. Your property listing will be refreshed against the paid package and converted to a paid package.
How many free listings can I post on ApnaGharApniZameen.com?
ApnaGharApniZameen.com offers 1 free listing that can be posted from your account. You need to subscribe to our paid packages for posting more properties.
Please note: You will not be allowed to post another free listing after deleting / deactivating old free listing.
My ApnaGharApniZameen.com Free listing package has expired. What happens next?
Once your ApnaGharApniZameen.com Free listing package expires, users will not be able to view your property on our platform.
To reactivate your listing, you will have to purchase one of our paid packages.
